Dinanzi alla resurrezione, alla vittoria della vita sulla morte, al fatto che un uomo morto possa tornare in vita, è difficile avere fede, credere in ciò.
Di solito pensiamo a Tommaso, come lo stereotipo dell'uomo di poca fede, di colui che vuole toccare, sperimentare prima di credere. Ma rileggendo continuamente e con attenzione il vangelo di questa settimana, ho notato che anche la prima volta che Gesù Risorto è apparso ai discepoli ha mostrato loro le mani ed il fianco. Ora mi chiedo, se Gesù non avesse mostrato le mani ed il fianco, i discepoli lo avrebbero riconosciuto e gioito della sua presenza? Perchè Gesù mostra le sue ferite, non potevano riconoscerlo semplicemente dal suo aspetto? Anche Maria non ha riconosciuto immediatamente Gesù al sepolcro! E' possibile che Gesù Risorto non era come Gesù in vita? Tommaso ha toccato o no le piaghe? Perchè a Tommaso gli è stata data la possibilità di vedere come i suoi compagni e ai non credenti futuri no? Perchè dalla Risurrezione all'Ascensione è trascorso del tempo?

Io continuo a riflettere e a pormi interrogativi, giungerò mai ad una risposta? Non so, ma ne sono certo, proprio questi interrogativi, questi dubbi, rafforzeranno la mia fede e potrò rientrare nei Beati che pur non avendo visto hanno creduto!!!
